Terrible Driving, ***** and harassment

On the 29 May i requested a ride on BOLT and it was the worse experience of my life, Firstly the driver was late, he wasn't the person on the profile and the registration number on the app did not correspond. Yet he had my request on his phone and contacted me. He looked under age and also was very reckless in his driving. Further to that he had the nerve to ask me for the cash when the monies were already deducted from my card. This is unacceptable, it is ***** and i had my son with me and he was also very traumatized. I want a response on this and what is being to the driver and the person that is on BOLT on the app, because it is obvious someone else was using his profile. We felt very unsafe! Driver: ASHLEY
