Terrible drivers

Hi ,so I requested a cab from bolt and they were giving me a R10 discount and the driver made me wait until he finished another ride and till he was halfway to me to say that he doesn't do discounts .I told him it's a R10 difference and he said I can choose to cancel but he don't do discounts. I have been a loyal bolt customer for more than 5 years ,this is disgusting behavior .if your drivers don't want to do discounts .remove them
