Terrible bolt support

I requested a ride from Hemingway's to dorchester heights and the ride was never completed yet they still charged me for the trip and i filled a complaint with support on the app. It's twenty five days later and they haven't refunded the trip . After they said it will be in by forteen days. I've missed various job opportunities due to this.
