Taxis refusing bolt and uber drivers pick up

I am so disappointed to see that bolt and uber drivers are still having problems with picking us up. I had a lot of groceries and I needed to use bolt or uber to go home, to my surprise the drivers did not to fetch me as the taxi association the is fighting them. It's my choice to choose what form of transportation i want to use. Now i had to be squashed in a taxi with a lot of groceries because of the taxi drivers and their violence against other people. I'm extremely disappointed and do not think I will ever do my shopping there because this problem keeps persisting nothing is being done.
