Taxify(Bolt) *******

i am very unhappy with the way bolt rob us as their customers they actually deserve to be kicked out of the market :( on Saturday 10/10/2020 around in 23:00 i was ****** by a car with a plate number JG 54 FM GP White Etios with tinted windows. As i was waiting for my ride at Maboneng this car came by and parked in front us, as i went to check its plate number to see if its the same car that i requested a guy came out of the car and grabbed my phone (Samsung Galaxy A70 black with a pink cover) and they drove off only when i went to check who the belongs to that's when i found out that its under bolt. I know that bolt will not attend to this, a case of ******* has been opened with Jeep Police Station.
