Taxify ride

On the 1 of July, I requested a ride which the driver arrived. While in the car I notice the driver is still drunk and he was driving in an uncomfortable way. He later changed my trip to home to a different location which charged me twice. I now have a balance which I complained about with no responses from their support team. I have a video to prove the ride n also photage of correspondents to bolt with no reply..
