Taxify

I had a bad experience with them somehow they couldn't take money from my card so I asked them to send me a bank ACC so I can pay them and fortunately I paid them extra I was supposed to pay R38 but ended up paying R3800 so I sent them an email explaining everything to them they asked for proof of payment and I sent it to them but now they are dragging their feet to reverse the money back to my account
