Taxify /Bolt horrible service

I really can't believe the rate of unprofessionalism with this app, it's so unsafe for a woman in this country. Some of the drivers they have I really wonder how they got hired. Today alone I requested a ride and the app said the driver was 3 minutes away. This driver drove more than 20 minutes away from the pick up location with no communication with me what so ever and bare in mind this is a card payment trip, I called him and his phone was off . I had to cancel the ride then when I request a new ride I was then charged double the amount of the ride. Why should I have to pay more for your poor service?!
