******** taxi service - Bolt Johannesburg

Last night the bolt driver Tshepo Serumulu driving reg no: FV 24 ZB GP Ford Figo stole my phone after dropping me off at my house from the airport @ 8:12pm 24/04/2023.I know for a fact he stole it because as he drove off and before he reached the corner of our street we called my phone realizing it was forgotten in the car it rang 3 times then after he turned the corner he switched off the phone and its been off ever since. I have since yesterday tried to contact bolt via the options on the app to no avail. I then did a sim swap to access the app under my profile. I called the driver He is so stupid at first acted like he didn't know who I was or remember the trip then of his own mention the lost phone after I said I had forgotten something in the car after paying him, And then said he saw nothing.I realize Bolt company encourages and allows this from drivers by not holding them accountable or responding to complaints. It's been almost 24hrs and Bolt has not contacted me regarding the complaint on the page. The Public should be made aware of the ******** behavior by Bolt & their drivers.
