Take money on a non ride

I am so sick of these drivers. They make you wait 10 minutes just to cancel your ride and you have to start searching again. Then they stop in front of your house with a different car and driver, you question it they drive off and charge you cancellation fee. I mean WHAT?! This is not the first time they treat us like ****. Some drive like demon possessed people from hell, others do not listen to instruction, miss the turn and then we get charged extra!? They take money from your bank account for a no ride, they do not refund you but credit you for the next ride. Now you are forced to use this useless service again. Bolt you are a disgrace for a "taxi" service. Shame on you. You are nothing better than these coffin Minibus taxis. I want my R29.00 back in bank account! Because I was ready and the driver drove off without letting us into the car. I will not pay for that!
