Supports reckless driving

I booked a ride with Bolt from work home on Wednesday 2 September 2026. The driver Xolani not pitched up later than initially stated in app but he also disregarded all traffic laws. He took the off ramp onto the N1 and was speeding at speeds exceeding 140km/h (my Google Maps clocked 143) while tailgating other vehicles so closely that if they didn't change lanes we would've rear ended them, this happened on 2 seperate occasions. I was absolutely terrified and clinging onto the door, because I thought I was going to die. His music was also so loud I couldn't hear myself think. But the worst part is that Bolt seems to support reckless driving, because as soon as I stepped out of the vehicle I reported it and they refuse to accept any accountability. Thus far they haven't given me any feedback regarding their investigation, they refuse to refund the trip, they are literally protecting the driver citing privacy policy.
