support services

the service from Bolt is very bad, my family has been using Bolt every month, the service has been acceptable until my wife accidentally left her phone on the ride with Obert on 02 March 2020,

the phone rang and was switched of shortly.

We contacted the support Center, no response at all, the support services is pathetic,
