Super Angry

Bolt has been deducting money from my card before the trip even happens. I have requested for a driver twice and the money was taken but the not one of the guys showed up and my money was not even reversed. Both times R21 which makes it R44 rand in total and none of the guys showed up. Please can you refund me the money asap because there is a way to report this ****************.
