Suffering using bolt services

i have used blot in Pretoria - SA on the 21 october 2023 and i have expirienced ***ual harassment and the bolt driver stole my phone. i have reported to bolt and there wasn't response at all. that support option on bolt does not work, Uber is way proffesional compared to bolt in SA.
