Struggling to get my refund

I requested a trip on the 4th of June my trip was my trip was R369 when I got home they deducted R428 and R391.I sent an email they told me to wait 7 working days they will refund my money which I did after 7 working days they said they did but when I check with my bank it shows they didn’t. The next thing they tell me my email doesn’t match the one on the app I must talk to them via app.

They keep telling me different stories regarding my refund I am tired of this I want bolt to refund the money they took from my account. Now they don’t respond to my text
