****** Phone by Bolt driver

Hello Peter I'm Alicia I wish you can help or advise On the 15th January I requested a Bolt ride from my house to Karl Bremer hospital and in the distress state I was in I accidentally dropped my 1 day old new contract cell phone Huawei Nova Y60 in the bolt car. I immediately phoned my number and it went straight to voice mail less then 2 minutes after drop-off.. I've emailed Bolt support and customer service reported back to me the driver unfortunately did not found my phone in his vehicle but the hope I will fully enjoy Bolt rides in the future. What a joke. I've blacklisted the phone but I still need to pay a 24 month contract.. Please help me
