Stick to Uber ride

Driver got lost, he told me the bolt gps took him to a dead end street. When he called i texted him the address, which he followed and was there in a space of 2 minutes. I was charged a waiting fee which I queried with bolt as it was not my fault, i requested with the same address i sent to driver, but bolt basically gave me the middle and told me i was on the wrong hence the charged me the waiting fee.

They didn't confirm this with their driver after i have explained my story numerous times.

There's a difference, a huge one between bolt and uber. Uber cares... I'm deleting this bolt nonsense. They don't care about their customes.
