*****ing my money for nothing

This morning I waited for a ride and then saw an SMS that R100 was deducted from my bank account and I didn't even take the ride yet??? I was still waiting for the driver! Then the driver cancelled and I had to get another ride which costed R32 which was correct but why was I charged R100 for nothing???? R100 for waiting for the driver???? This is not on. I then contacted standard bank to see if they could reverse it but they said I must contact bolt and now when I try to look for a number for bolt guess what? Nothing on the internet. I'm so upset and really dont want to use bolt again
