SOB'S-Encouraging Bolt drivers to de***** clients.

I was charged for a ride that never took place, the Bolt support person whoever he/she is accuses me of lying flipping ****,according to them the ride took place which I did not. So Bolt encourages Bolt Drivers to de***** clients then you at fault. They suck at servicing clients SOB's.
