Sneaky Bolt driver

Nkosingiphile NU102214 accepted trip from Westmead to Thornwood around 05h10. He immediately called me to check of how far I was going and told me he was still doing a drop off - I was too far to come around for a pickup, he was 6mins away. I asked him to cancel the trip as it was his choice the he didn't want me to wait for him. He kept me online for over 30 mins whilst hanging on to the trip which I had personally reminded him to cancel. He eventually did cancel after ignoring several communication via the app. Such behavior is further denting Bolt's image and is call for concern. Why would he accept a trip he clearly had no intentions of fulfilling? Maybe making a call to the client has a sinister motive, from the voice he can determine of how old the person is? Could it be purely business or he's up that early with unsavoury agendas? Can Bolt please check the pattern and operation of this driver, I'm not getting good vibes about...
