Skhumbuzo from Bolt very rude

I would like to report Skhumbuzo Godfrey for his discasting behavior. He accepted the ride and confirmed arrival while he wasn't even near the gate, we had to call him and found out how far is he., he was 1 minutes way

Next thing we get in the car, he's angry we asked him why did he confirm arrival while he started tell us how he had to go and make a u-turn 1st. My understanding a driver must confirm the arrival when he at that particular place not when he's still driving 😐 as soon as we got into his car the waiting period expire.

We asked him why did he confirm arrival while he wasn't even her, he started shouting and telling us if we want to cancel we can cancel. So we canceled only to find out we were already charged and he knew that we were already charged because we used the card.
