Skelem Bolt

I ordered a ride that was R134 which they accepted, getting home 1.the driver (rudest driver I have everet and his car was soo uncomfortable) doesn't end the trip, I had to end it myself. When I was done I get a bank notification that I was charged R200. I send a complaint to Bolt and I'm still waiting for the reply. The horror of this is this is not the first time, the other time I accepted a ride for R70, ended up being charged R122. I hardly check my ride pricing, how long was I being charged higher that what I accepted?
