Shocking

I booked a pick up from the CT docks on the 19th March. We got into the car and the driver realized that the City of CT Traffic department had a road block in the docks he was not registered and had no documents. We had to get out of the car we never even left the docks. I was billed R28.00 yes its a small amount of money but the fact remains is that I tried to contact Bolt you cannot even speak to anyone let alone email them which you get no response. How does a company have unregistered drivers???????? And dont even try and get a refund its impossible !!!!!
