I made a request, and I got a driver Siyabonga is his name, FP77BLGP, Toyota Corolla. I got to the car, I greeted, he didn't respond, his not forced to but since he'll be my driver 🤔, the next thing he's reading a text on his phone while he's driving, then he made a personal call to his girlfriend, not only that he was driving like a mad man. He was checking his texts from the beginning of my trip till he dropped me off. I guess Bolt doesn't have standards or rules and regulations. How do you not teach your driver basics of customer service? I'm really disappointed and would like Bolt to block this boy for when I request he doesn't see my request.
