Shady charges for unknown trips

I'm never taking an uber again. I get charged for two trips, and the unknown trip that was added had a surcharge added to it for idk what reason. A whole week later and no matter how many times I tell their customer service I was charged for a trip I never took, they keep offering me refund for the price difference??? Like how does that help me if I never took the ride. A week, with no help and no money back either. Their customer service is as bad as their shady charges.
