Service is poor

I have been trying to register my driver account for the past two weeks under my name Keteng Lenko and the process is difficult and they just decided to block my cousin Thando Mbula who has been using my car since his broke-down and the mechanic hasnt fixed it. We tried to register the new car but no luck instead they just block his account. Your service towards existing and new drivers is poor.
