Serious complain from a retail practitioner

I am from Soweto. I requested bolt ride from Diepkloof zone 2. the ride was okay but i forgot my cellphone. When i called the driver using another phone, he said he is at Protea Glen and that i am lucky that he has the phone, upon him delivering it after 1h20 minutes he said i must pay him R100.00 of which we ended up negotiating the amount was less. I am a user of bolt and have never had such an experience. I have in the past find that my cellphone has slipped from my pockets and have it returned in less than 20 minutes. I am not happy really. The car registration is CS32JKGP, it is a white corolla I just hope to find constructive feedback from this post. Regards Mbongi ***
