Scary experience with Bolt-taxify

Yesterday i called taxify to take my kids to pre-school. The drive took time but he called.When he came he told me its his first ride then i understood him.However, the scary part is this driver could not drive properly. He kept on looking on his phone and drinking coffee.He nearly drove out of the road.Just at the traffic lights before the pre-school he he nearly got us into another car again.When he was dropping us off all he could ask us was please dont forget to rate me.As if it was not enough today again i requested for bolt and boom that driver again.The car was dirty and was doing exactly what he did yesterday to the extend that i had to alert him everytime that he was going off road.
