Scared and ****med by BOLT!!!

Hi past Friday evening I requested bolt the driver arrived with reg no LX94NFGP jumped in the bolt the same bolt driver had a cap and was covering his face he asked me which destination I would want to go and I said it was obviously on my app he drove around the block stopped the car and asked me to get out of the car without taking payment scared I jumped out of the car leaving my car keys ,flat keys wallet my security at my complex witnessed what had happened once I tried calling for my belongings he kept declining the call I reported it on bolt I haven't been to work for 2 days now trying to sort out my cards my keys which is all of a unesscary.Lost 2 days wages had to change my locks all unnecessary expenses. Went to our Benoni police station to open up a case they refused to assist me . They said it was not ******s.please help as not even bolt is taking action
