Unauthorized Debit Card Charges since February 2020. And on their stupid app the support section section claims " pre-authorised charges are not an actual charge but just a temporary hold to verify your payment method" I been this victim some day they would debit my account in less than 3 days and I never receive all my money back. The month of August 2020 was the worst experience with Bolt and drivers who go the wrong route, you contact them they don't answer your calls and then next thing they have a nerve to cancel the trip and ejdn you log into yeh App it shows "Customer never arrived" Pity I cannot upload the screenshots I took.
