I was ****med twice yesterday by Bolt driver Evans . First he somehow added a tip of R53 to a bill of R198 then he billed me R643 for a ride that was not mine , of 5 minutes duration!? I am not getting a satisfactory response from customer support and the contact number on their website, *** , is not theirs . Needless to say I will never use or recommend Bolt again .
