****med by Bolt

I absolutely can't believe how I was ****** by bolt today. I made a ride request to Mayville which got cancelled by them and they had already debited R152 from my account. There after the trip has changed to a street called Kentucky somewhere around Durban that I don't know and the status of the trip was written finished, immediately I got debited another R244. Bolt is now an absolute ****. I will write this on every platform possible. How can they just be debitting funds from a client's account. How? Really how? For a trip I didn't even request. I want my money back immediately
