Sunday the 6th of March, I requested for Bolt, Nissan Almera FT63XFGP responded for an arrival time for 3 min, however 3minutes turned to 15mins, I called the driver many times but never answered nor returned my calls.... later the driver logged that he had arrived at my destination yet he never did, I had paid for the trip using my debit card.....I would like to know about the integrity of your drivers and how do I get my money back.
