I requested a ride from die Hoewes in centurion to BCX in centurion, the trip is not even more than 5ks and I was billed R34. 00 Later I get a notification that they are trying to bill me R155 for a ride from Die Hoewes to plein street.

They are failing to explain who requested that ride to plein street because I did not. Now I get a message from a useless consultant who's telling me to open my card so that they can bill me the R155, for what?!!!!! Whoever who requested a ride to plein street will pay because I have already paid R34 to BCX.

I have been using Bolt for ages now and never have I ever such. All my trips are from Die Hoewes to BCX and paying R34 all the time.
