Safety not guaranteed

I am very disappointed with BOLT SOUTH AFRICA, I was ****** on the 01 October 2022 by a BOLT driver, he took my laptop, 2 phones, my suitcase and other handbags I had. I requested from Wesbeth Court in Parow and I was going to Khayelitsha. The driver pulled me out in the car and forcefully took my phone and left me in a ditch. I have reported the matter to SAPS and the case number is CAS 33/10/2022. I have also reported the matter to BOLT and spoke with a lady called Tswarelo, she informed me that they know the driver and have his details and reported that he will not operate until he is cleared, and they also said that the investigating officer need to contact them to share his details with him, the investigating officer did as they requested, and they had never got back to him again.
