Less than 1 star, these people took money from me, a driver cancelled but the trip money was deducted from my account with an additional R20 cancelation fee , I have been trying to get my money back and have been given a run around from 14 days then they tell me to wait 30 whole days to get my own money back! They are quick to take money from people but we need to wait 30 days to get OUR own money back DO NOT USE BOLT!!!! Uber is cheaper and more reliable I am deactivating my account and letting everyone I know do the same YOU *****S!!!
