Rude, unprofessional driver

I requested a ride and the driver wanted to change my pick up location cause his car was from car wash and he couldn't drive on the gravel road.How did he get into this business if he can't be professional.This is the reason why people are stopping to use bolt e-hailing.He was so rude that I don't think I'll ever use this service again
