Bolt should be stopped operating in South Africa, this company is putting our lives in danger.

What happened to me today is unexplainable. These drivers are not trained well on how to handle customers.

They are ****** and Bolt is allowing them to rob us because they do nothing about it. Even if we report them, we don't get our refunds. They take our money and don't show up.

They are very rude, heartless and dangerous. It's even worse they know our home addresses.
