Honestly do something about these rude drivers you keep adding on to the system. They are so rude without reason. They fail to make your ride or trip as comfortable as possible. Also Bolt needs to stop deducting more money than the actual trip amount. If you don't email them about it you'll never get your money back so make sure to always check your emailed receipts when using a card as a payment option. #WIN
