Rude driver that cancelled and bolt only wanting to refund me the cancellation fee

Yet another bolt story (sigh) the rudeness of the driver was that overwhelming and its sad because this is not the first time a driver cancels a ride and im only refunded a cancellation fee of a lousy R20 out of the the entire amount charged and isuspect the drivers target rides with card payments so they get the money which is not ethical behaviour if you ask me. I just want a full refund and never use bolt again because what in the **** is this

I even have a case number and would really appreciate a FULL refund of my money
