Rude Driver

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent Bolt trip experience. When the driver arrived, he outright refused to use his GPS, claiming it would "waste his data." His attitude was rude and intimidating, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, especially given he was a big, intimidating man. To make matters worse, after I reached my destination, the driver didn't stop the ride until he had reached Kempton Park, but my ride ended way before that in a different destination. This experience was not only disappointing but also unsettling, and I hope Bolt addresses such behavior from its drivers in the future. #BlackFriday
