Rude driver and i get charge for been left stranded

Never known such incompetence I booked a ride today waited twenty minutes then the driver said he was at idz here I said no, my ride was booked from prince george circuit and i told you i would be standing outside, so he just dropped the call and left me and went back the other way leaving me stranded with no ride then they had the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee and a ride fee!!!! No apologies whatsover this is disgusting really when you are paying for a service I am now going to use uber from now on, their cars are immaculate
