Rude bolt drivers

Rito is the name of the driver. When I greeted him, he didn’t respond but when I asked why I called and he didn’t answer he is able to respond. He tells me that “ I personally don’t like calls”. While working with people? You have personally when it comes to work? He’s the worst. I’ve met rude drivers but he takes the cup because he is not even apologetic. Me using bolt says nothing about my status. I probably have a car, I most probably have money hence bolt and not a taxi but these drivers think we are poor when we use bolt.
