RUDE BOLT DRIVER , EMMANUEL LICENSE PLATE : CAA452916 !

I am utterly disappointed in the service I received from a bolt driver , his name is Emmanuel , license plate CAA452916 & the car is a white Volkswagen Polo Vivo. Firstly it showed on the bolt app that he arrived at the pick up destination but myself and my colleagues had to wait a whole 10 minutes for him to actually arrive at the pick up destination & then he still have a nerve to tell us we must pay extra . Secondly we tried to direct him to drive a certain way cause it was more convenient and quicker and then he said “no I want to drive this way cause you guys live in the ghetto and there’s tents everywhere in your area” which I think was uncalled for especially from a bolt driver . All the comments he made was also extremely unnecessary and rude , because he wanted to drive how he felt like driving he missed the stop he drove past my house and still wanted to charge extra because of his stupidity and arrogance!! .

Bolt is very convenient and easy to use but surely you guys will lose lots of clients because of drivers like Emmanuel ! Please teach your drivers manners !!!
