Rude and ***** driver

I tried the parcel collection today driver collected parcel which was my child's tekkies for school and he never delivered to my house. Then bolt deducted from my account when I didn't receive my parcel paid for.

Now my child doesn't have tekkies for tomorrow at school worse he is being so rude and arrogant.
