Good day I am bolt driver renting a car which I pay weekly for rental, now bolt had a GPS error. Transported a client on Monday 18/01/2021. The trip that I had was R20 when it ended the GPS decided to be in Kimberly while am working in Pretoria, and I have never been out of the province ever since I started on this platform, from December 2020. Now back to the ride it became R3132 and we usually write a price review at the end of the trip. I wrote that the price is R20. Now their are charging me a commission which I have never worked for because of the ride that I have sent emails about they responded that the matter was being investigated. It got approved. But still not rectified. Now I get a msg that says I must pay the commission otherwise my cash trips are still blocked, where and how am I supposed to pay for that. When a card trip can take the whole day without coming in. This pure *******. And I read the reviews via clients complaining and they are complaining about the bolt response. Please go through the reviewa as well to get a clear picture of this platform in our country. If this their way of ripping people off please find to sort this matter out as we all cannot afford lawyers. Thanks you.
