I still can't believe the immense lack OF SAFETY & professionalism of BOLT SA, it's like you guys have no concern for your customers let alone your reputation, I was ****** by your driver an the affect it has on my family is unspeakable u guys stand by an do nothing while they are suffering

That day I requested 2 stops.. 1st stop was the shop then home, when reached the 1st stop as I got out the car the driver drove with me shouting after him, then I called him continuously in the bolt app an he kept declining the calls.

In the car was my bag containing :

2800 cash My car coded car keys Laptop Cellphone My house keys License ID Clothing Tools and much more

Biggest problem is that car keys is for a 7 seater vehicle that drives contract, so I'm on the edge of loosing the contacts an that is how I support my family

I'm going to do everything I can on every social media platform to insure this doesn't happen to the next customer

U guys an your policy is useless
