Can you not even be saved at your own home?

On 12/08/2022 Friday night I ordered takeout Pizza from Bold Food around 20:00 the bold Food App showed the food would be delivered around 20:45 and the courier was Mazeleni Freebert according to the App so around 20:40 I when outside my gate as I always do to wait for the delivery the next moment a man with a gun appeared in front of me knocked me out, no food was delivered and my phone was taken,

Police can't open a case as I do not know my phone's IMEI number and according to the Bold Food App the food was delivered and fees were taken from my bank, now I am without a phone and food.
