****** By a Bolt driver

On Friday the 9th of October I took a Bolt from Cape Town CBD to Burgundy Estate. When we arrived in Burgundy Estate, the driver insisted that I must pay him cash when I had already paid by card. He then dragged me out the car, assaulted me, and took my phone. When I tried to download the app to report this matter, it seems that I have been blocked. I have tried countless times to contact Bolt, but have had no luck. I

The time was around 9pm on Friday night. I need Bolt to let me know of the details of the driver so that I can take this up legally.

I will never use Bolt again
