RENTED MY CAR TO A BOLT DRIVER AND BOLT WON'T COMMUNICATE BACK REGARDING THE STATUS OF THIS *******'S ACCOUNT

I would like to complain about a bolt driver l rented my car out to..... he did not pay his rental and actually is owing me as a vehicle owner. l contacted bolt in this regard for them to at least suspend his profile until he has paid me .... they do not seem to be bothered, this is very unfair considering that our vehicles literary run the app.
